More Thoughts on Arctic Circle by Cam
Arctic Circle continues to get goats:

1. Why would the Dark Sky Association even bother having a North Pole chapter? How much light pollution can there possibly be?
2. Is it really a good idea to postpone your meeting until daytime… during what is presumably the Polar Winter?

Alex Hallet, the person responsible for Arctic Circle, has tweeted the following at me:
“location of strip is Arctic Circle, not North Pole, so is some winter daylight. There’s also a lot of cartoonistic licence!”
This particular strip still doesn’t make sense for a variety of reasons that not even cartoonistic license can explain away.
It is an outrage.
